Originally from Lakeland, Florida, Dale left the city’s many swans and alligators behind to attend college in Las Vegas. She switched her major to communications when she realized that a theatrical arts degree might result in a lifelong diet of ramen noodles. Over the years, Dale paid the bills by modeling, selling advertisements for Las Vegas magazine, and — one of her favorite jobs — cocktail waitressing at historic Caesars Palace. She subsequently launched a successful coffeehouse and a coaching business, but her real estate interest always bubbled just beneath the surface. (She’d purchased her first home and invested in her first rental property when she was barely legal drinking age.)
Dale entered real estate in 2006 on the mortgage side, which allows her to replace her clients’ financial concerns with confidence. But it’s also her sales and service background, entrepreneurial spirit, supportive nature, creativity, and enthusiasm that make Dale a versatile professional who delivers a pragmatic yet celebratory vision of homeownership. An avid residential property investor herself, Dale knows the power of real estate and how to help her clients harness that power for themselves — while having fun in the process!
Dale has happily lived in the Bay Area since 1994, where she is always up for a bubbly glass of champagne (she’s also a Sommelier so you might want to put her skills to the test), dining with friends, planning her next travel adventure, or just relaxing with her husband and two poodle kiddos by her side. An animal lover, she serves on the committee of Party for the Pooches, which raises money for Valley Humane Society. Dale also supports the Rotary Club and Habitat for Humanity.
